Darling porge,so glad you had such a fantastic birthday. Incredibly jealous, the day you receive four cakes and a harrods hamper you know you are truly loved.I am in london from now until next wednesday doing a summer school at kings from 10.30-15.30 each day but otherwise am free as a bird.Besides miss you buckets so will pop in to see you sometime if I may.xxx

What a lovely pic; as ever the best thing is your seemingly ever-present smile. Question: what's with the whistle?
How are you doing in the heat? Nothing to what you're facing, but padded wheelchairs in 30+ degree heat is NOT fun! I keep consoling myself that now the heat in Lourdes won't be such a nasty shock!
Speaking of Lourdes, don't forget you can always leave an online petition to be put in the grotto. Just google Lourdes & go from there.
Forgot to say last time what a travel-tastic idea Rome is!
